Service Description

Moves/Add/Changes – A change to the firewall rule base that would involve installing a new policy on the firewall. This includes adding users, machines or networks to the existing firewall rules definition.

Remote Troubleshooting Support – This includes problem resolution technical or security problems.

Maintenance Service – The application of all patches, fixes and OS maintenance needed to insure a proper functioning firewall will be pre-scheduled and preformed off-hours.

Rule Base Analysis – Quarterly analysis of the firewall rule base as a whole and how it shapes the incoming and outgoing traffic identifies where improvements can be made to enhance security.

Port Scan – Quarterly scanning of the ports available externally provides a secondary visualization mechanism beyond the rule base analysis.
