Service Offerings

Phone System Service Contracts offer different levels of service, coverage times, and response times.  If it’s not working, just call our Customer care Center and we will fix it, including all parts and labor.

NetSurety Contracts include a series of different offerings that will give you the confidence in your IP network infrastructure:
OneCall – for your manufacturer support contracts.  Just call us, and we will work with the manufacturer to get the problem fixed.
Firewall Management – complete support of your firewall including problem resolution, rule changes, and vulnerability testing.
Real-time – Our eyes on your network.  A monitoring, alerting, reporting and remote repair service.
MeetingService Audio and Web Conferencing - provides audio conferencing and web conferencing on a per-minute basis.
