TROY and TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. — Based on growth in the northern Michigan area, SunTel Services – a complete provider of services for enterprise networks to businesses throughout Michigan and across the country – announced today that it has expanded to larger office space at 697 Hannah Avenue in Traverse City.

SunTel has recently been awarded several new contracts in the Traverse City area including a new Mitel virtualized VOIP phone solution for Northwestern Michigan College (NMC) and all of its campuses. SunTel received excellent references, both locally and statewide, for their service, support and their experience in technology infrastructures.  The availability of experienced local technical support was a significant plus in recommending SunTel as the preferred solutions provider for NMC.

In addition, in order to better serve its customers in the area, SunTel has also expanded its Traverse City-based staff, including the addition of Mitel-certified Technician Dan Monette.

“Our Traverse City expansion is a welcomed opportunity that allows us to reach new customers in the area, as well as serves as an important step in SunTel’s continued business development efforts,” said Gary Jackson, president at SunTel Services. “Our consistent growth shows how committed we are to providing the best possible service and always evolving to meet the challenges presented by the ever-changing technology in our industry.”
