Avaya offers four partner levels based on competencies and customer satisfaction. The Platinum medal status, Avaya’s highest level, gives a partner access to an increased level of technical resources at Avaya as well as better pricing and escalation procedures to assist in supporting the customer.
To achieve Platinum status, SunTel invested in continued training and education for its operations, support and sales staff. This standard recognizes SunTel as an Avaya solutions expert across many disciplines-IP telephony, Data Networking, Contact Center, and Video solutions for small to midmarket and enterprise size businesses. Another component to the higher medal status was outstanding customer feedback on SunTel’s competency and service provided, from sales support through installation. Average customer satisfaction scores for SunTel were 4.88 out of 5.0.
