TROY, Mich., Feb. 19, 2014 – SunTel Services – a complete provider of services for unified communication networks to businesses throughout Michigan and across the country – has announced personnel changes, a newly restructured marketing department and expanded sales force at its headquarters in Metro Detroit.
Michele DeLuca has joined SunTel as Director of Marketing. In this role, DeLuca will lead the new marketing department with an emphasis on vendor relationships. She has over 12 years of sales, sales management and marketing experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked previously with companies such as AT&T and Cable & Wireless Communications.
Betty Lieb was recently promoted to Marketing Administrator for the marketing department. Lieb has 23 years of experience working with SunTel in a variety of support roles for the executive and sales teams. In this new role, she will be focusing on continued expansion of the marketing programs to complement SunTel’s expanded product and service offerings.
Casey Christensen joins SunTel as an Account Manager. Christensen has more than 6 years of telecommunications experience, having worked most recently with Altura Communication Solutions. He brings his knowledge of IP communication and network services to new and existing SunTel customers in Southeast Michigan.
SunTel Services strives to create the right internal environment to best support its customers and ongoing initiatives. The redesign of the marketing department will help provide greater sales support to educate and inform customers on the latest market trends and technologies. The expansion of the sales team will allow for additional customer contact. SunTel continues to be committed to satisfying customer needs.
