Gary S. Jackson, President Gary started SunTel Services in 1986 with his brother Don with prior experience at ROLM and IBM. A graduate of Hillsdale College, Gary serves as President, chairs the Technology Committee and actively manages the sales executives.
Donald E. Jackson, Executive Vice President A company founder, Don developed his large account marketing skills with positions at IBM, Sperry Univac, Wang Laboratories and ROLM. A graduate of Albion College, Don serves on the Board of Directors and the Technology Committee in addition to having account management responsibilities for many of our largest accounts.
Tim Griggs, Senior Vice President Tim joined SunTel Services as a partner in our first year after entrepreneurial positions at several other telecommunications companies along with tenure at both Mitel and ROLM. Tim's primary responsibilities are as an Account Executive for many of our larger customers. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors and the Technology Committee where he takes the leadership role for voice and voice networking products.
Bob Cason, Vice President Finance Bob has overseen SunTel’s financial functions since 1989, developing the processes and procedures for our strong financial position. An alumnus of University of Nevada, Las Vegas with B.S. Degree in Business Administration, Bob developed his practical accounting and administrative skills at CMI Corporation and Cental Business Systems.
Julie Kraemer, Director of Marketing Julie is responsible for product management and supplier relationships in addition to the traditional marketing role. Ms. Kraemer has over 20 years of experience within the telecommunications industry. Julie has a BA degree in marketing from Michigan State University and a MBA from DePaul University in Chicago. She also has certifications in local area networking and new product development.
Ray Szpiech, Vice President Enterprise Networking Ray leads our enterprise networking department with responsibility for consulting, design deployment and support. Educated in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Michigan, Ray developed his networking expertise with positions at General Motors, EDS, and Michigan National Bank before joining us in 1995. He takes the lead on the Technology Committee for LAN and WAN infrastructure.
Frank Vandelinder, Vice President Operations Frank joined us in 1996 to oversee operations, managing the voice systems installation, service, and customer support teams as well as the Customer Service Center, the Remote Maintenance Center and Materials Management. He also serves on the Technology Committee. Frank has a Masters Degree from Central Michigan University and held prior positions at Stroh Brewery, CDI of Michigan, and ABT Building Products.
